Corriemuckloch Unique Huts
Dreaming of a peaceful retreat in nature? Picture yourself curled up beside a log burner, or stargazing under the dark skies of rural Highland Perthshire. We have two shepherd's huts, "Glad Ewe Came" and "Ewe Need This", both custom built using timber from our own forest that was storm damaged. Both huts are dog friendly, and free parking is available right by your hut, so you can unload with ease.
Glad Ewe Came
Glad Ewe Came sleeps two, with a cosy bedroom featuring a double bed accessible by the loft ladder. We've recently added an extra room to make your stay even more comfortable, complete with a two-seater sofa, a Hobbit log burner and a Smart TV. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink, while the fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob and oven, an under-counter fridge, toaster, whistling kettle, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cafetière, teapot, cutlery and a wide range of utensils. Your four-legged friends are welcome to join you at no extra charge. Please note that this hut does not have a hot tub.
Ewe Need This
Ewe Need This is a pet-friendly shepherds hut that sleeps two. The double bed is piled with cushions, so it doubles as a cosy lounging area during the day. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob and oven, an under-counter fridge, toaster, whistling kettle, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cafetière, teapot, cutlery and a wide range of utensils, and the bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink. Inside, you'll find a Hobbit wood-burning stove and a fold-down table and chairs for dining. Outside, a handmade rustic bench set is perfect for eating or simply relaxing. The real highlight is the wood-fired hot tub, which is wonderfully eco-friendly as it uses no chemicals.
